YOUTHPOWER offers commercial and industrial hybrid solar storage systems include Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery rack connected stackable and scalable. The batteries offer 6000 cycles and up to 85% DOD (Depth of Discharge).
Each stackable battery offers 4.8-10.24 kWh blocks that can be stacked in different storage footprints depending on the client’s needs for both low voltage and high voltage solutions.
With the simple battery rack, YouthPOWER scalable from 20kwh to 60kwh in one row, these server rack battery ESS storage systems offer commercial & industrial customers designed for 10+ years of hassle -free energy generation and usage.
How to work with YouthPOWER stacking bracket installation and connection?
1 : Fix the stacking bracket on the battery module with M4 flat head screws as below photo.
2 : After installation the battery pack stacking brackets, place the bottom battery packs on a flat ground and stack them in sequence as below figure.
3 : Fix the battery pack stacking bracket with M5 combination screws as below figure.
4 : Lock the aluminum sheet on the positive and negative output terminals of the battery pack, use the long aluminum sheet to connect the battery packs in parallel. Lock the P+ P- output cable and insert the parallel communication cable and the inverter communication cable, press the ON/OFF switch to turn on the system. Turn on the DC switch as below figure.
5. After system powered on, lock the transparent protective cover of the battery pack.
6. Connect the wiring of the pack as show below. If inverter need CANBUS port / RS485 port, please insert communication cable ( RJ45 ) to CAN port or RS485A, RS485B only be used for battery packs parallel mode.
